RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL REQUIRE PAYMENT OF RENT IN FULL ALL advanced reservations require a non-refundable guarantee amount of one night's rent or $200.00, whichever is greater, due within 5 days of making reservation. The remainder of the rent must be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival. For HOLIDAY rentals, rent must be paid not later than 60 days prior to arrival. Checks returned for NSF or any other reason are subject to a $50 charge. Cancellation made before full payment is received is subject to a full refund. Cancellation made after full payment has been received is subject to FULL FORFEITURE of all payments.
A security deposit of $350 is required and must be paid in full together with the full rental 45 days prior to arrival. If no additional charges, damages, or excess cleaning is incurred during the stay, the deposit will be refunded 30 days after guests' departure. A $10.00 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys. A departure cleaning fee of $135 shall be added to each reservation and must be paid in full prior to arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Please call in advance for late or Sunday check-in to make special arrangements. Only fully paid reservations will be entitled to late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Extended check out time is allowed only if the unit is not booked at day of check-out. A 1/2 day rent will be charged. If the scheduled number of occupants for the unit is exceeded, guests will be liable for additional rent which will be deducted from their security deposit or they may be asked to vacate the unit. Additional occupants will be charged as follows: $100 per person per night and/or $100 per pet per night. Local calls are free of charge. Guests must use a credit card or telephone credit card to place long distance calls. Collect charges to the unit are not allowed. A service fee of $10.00 per call in addition to the call charge will be charged and deducted from the deposit. I understand that all usage of the facilities of the unit is entirely at our own risk and I hereby hold harmless and indemnify the owners and their representatives against any nature of claims whatsoever, by me or any members of my party, including but not limited to injuries, illness, loss of personal effects, and we also hold owners harmless against any and all other events or circumstances beyond the control of the owners as well as acts of God in connection with our occupancy of the unit. I and members of my party shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Lake Village Homeowner's Association a copy of which is posted in the unit. |
